Riesling Unendlich Smaragd

Riesling Unendlich Smaragd 2017 von Winzer Pichler F.X. Like the 2002 vintage, the 2017 Riesling Smaragd Unendlich is entirely sourced in the Kellerberg (not also in the Loibenberg, as I wrote a year ago). It has 10% raisined berries and displays a clear and concentrated bouquet of ripe and stewed fruit—melons, peaches and mangoes—as well as pumpkin seeds. Dense and massive on the palate, this is a concentrated, rich and tannic Riesling that is completely closed and should be cellared for at least another 5 years.
